So here it is. I was waiting for it to show up. Well, what can we say? Ultra Soul is always welcome. Like the tune. I think the difference between the 2011 vers. and the single version is that 2011 vers. completely removes the “techno” sounds. Anyway. I was expecting I Don’t Wanna Lie but… (rant) WHY HOMEBOUND?! God, they had to choose the worst B-Side of the two!Dawn Runner is amazing compared to Homebound.(/rant)

Kinda undecided if it’s worth to get the DVD. Want to see C’mon but already have “Sayonara Kizu [...]” and DWL… you already know my opinion on it…

To finish, the album happens in the worst times for me… a time where I will have paid a new alternator my for car and the beginning of the month where I will have to pay for my car licence… And I have ~400$ CAD/month.

I'm kinda disappointed with the special edition: at least they could put a "making of" for the PVs, I'm sure they have some kind of footage.
And the cover needed to be so-Pepsi related? I've a feeling they were somehow forced in doing this

You are right. It is a big disappointment. I hope we are not the only ones to feel this way!

To have tie-ups is okay, bus this cover is not okay. Since SURVIVE their covers were masterpieces (maybe not MAGIC) but what is that this time? I won't drink more Pepsi because I like B'z...

And the title? C'mon? Is that a title? For a song okay, but for an album? It's not serious...

And ultra soul 2011... it's like OCEAN 2006 on the album MONSTER... Don't they know the bonus track concept?

I always buy from CDJapan.  It's been so long since I bought anything from YesAsia.
Yeah, the DVD is disappointing.  Kinda want the CD only at the moment... I'll get to watch C'mon's video another way.

Darn, only if I wouldn't have gotten Sayonara Kizu Darake No Hibi Yo Limited Ed. and bought the album's limited instead... Darn.

I have to agree that "C'mon" as a album title is very weird... "Dead End" would have fit better imo.

P.S Pepsi's already my drink of choice... and it's not because of B'z haha.

No, we are not. Japanese fans also disliked the title as well as the cover a lot. Especially the limited edition bonus DVD, though.

C'MON! What's with the negativity.. One great and one good single leading up to this album.. looking good. And I'm glad that if they had to include a b-side, it was Homebound and not Dawn Runner. I know Lebon doesn't like the ballads and all, but it's a better song than Dawn Runner which doesn't really go anywhere.

I have pretty high expectations for this album. Can't wait!

I'm a B'z fan for a long time and this time I don't agree with what they want us to buy.

Do they think we are cows that buy anything from them just because they are B'z?

Commercial for Pepsi or what, it's okay. But things must stay at their place: the album has to do with art, the commercial has to do with business. Now, what do we see? The album is controlled by the commercial, by the business. This album is a commercial. That's not okay.

And no, Homebound is a good ballad, but this kind of ballads, B'z can do 1000 of them, while Dawn Runner was a masterpiece. But we know Japanese love this kind of ballads, so Homebound must be a part of the album (that also means they don't have another one in stock).

C'mon... it's a title from a song. But it's no way for an album. The rumors said the title would be VOICE, it would have been great. And Lebon is right when he says Dead End would have been a great title, but C'mon... (but I don't feel many Japanese have this bad feeling)

As for the title - I kinda like it. It's bit like Action... And has the apostrophe like in B'z, so... that's kinda cool. I think no other song title from this album is good for the whole album name - Dead End is "bit" pessimistic, don't you think? And VOICE, well, it's not bad, but... kind of pompous?... Of course it depends on how do you interpret this "voice", but, still...

Cover - I don't like it. It may be enough for a single cover, but not for an album. I don't care about the Pepsi colours (or Japan flag?), but... What is it? A button? Or what? It just looks like nothing for me. And it's empty (just like Don't wanna lie cover, but tere was at least some kind of flag, and here?...)

About the amount of already released songs - well, it happend previously, so... I wouldn't be mad about it so much.

About the whole pepsi-love thing. I don't like it at all. I was surprised when DIVE was used for suzuki advert. Even more - I always wondered why they make songs for Detective Conan (I have nothing against the anime, but... well... it was just a small wondering, I don't mind much about that + I can somehow undersatnd that). Oh, forgot about Fumetsu no face and that... e.. powder? campaign. Well... that was bit strange. But in both - suzuki and make-up-thing - B'z was only background sound. With ultra soul and gold for swimming championships - that's 100% OK for me (same with DEVIL, right?...). Oh, and there was Eien no tsubasa for kamikaze-movie and lately Pray for samurai-movie -- and as for Conan I could understand that, then for those movies it's harder for me... FRICTION for Burnout Paradise - 100% ok for me again (thanks to that some of my friends finally said B'z is cool).
But. Now. This. PEPSI... grah! DX Primo, the advert with those sweet girls - REALLY! I mean - R E A L L Y! Good Tak and Koshi didn't drink it - especially Koshi, with his whole healthy life style (running et caetera). Not cool. Not cool at all. If that was WATER! Then all right. But sweet, filled with gas and E-256whoknowswhatelse... Really... Secundo, why two songs for that? First Sayonara... now C'mon? ...does it have something to do with MJackson's Pepsi Generation? XD (not funny )

Maybe they are afraid to be seen as old grandpas? Hence all this young cool awesome pepsi thing?

I agree with Anka about Dead End being a bit "dark", to be a B'z title. Maybe you could think it's kind of cool, but for me B'z are mostly optimistic, so C'mon is ok to me (maybe for japanese people don't sound strange).
I was also thinking that the "circle" on album cover reminds me of Ichibu to zenbu/DIVE, so maybe it's made with the same material (it was a sort of rubber plastic...).

I hope C'mon will be a good album, but I don't like this advertising campaign. And I have a feeling about them (both Tak and Koshi) not being enthusiast as well. I wonder what kind of commercial pressure they had.
And I hope people from B'z Party and other japanese message board/fansite will clearly state we don't like this kind of operation...

Anka, I totally agree! But coolness has nothing to do with health, or we all would eat and drink organic today.

Anka and Lum, I also think B'z has an optimistic energy but the times are very hard in Japan right now. A dark album title could have shown this feeling. That would have been honnest! They already have dark songs (Liar! Liar! , Kuroi Seishun etc), why not a dark album title? The end of the album could be optimistic as well.

I think, the big problem is Japan itself. No place for artists or for honnesty in art. You have to sell or you disappear. We could think, now B'z is free after all its success in 20 years, but no, there are still guys saying what they have to do: sell sell sell or die!

I would fire some heads...
