I got the CD today and I'm totally flashed. I expected a good album but not something that's so awesome.
I'm really surprised. Every song impresses with a different arrangement. As we all know Koshi likes to try new stuff in his solo work.^^
I especially like the songs The Morning Call, Lone Pine and 今宵キミト. But actually they're all great. You'll see.
I only was a little disappointed about 赤い糸. It's not arranged like in the ending theme of Kekkaishi and much too short.
All in all a fantastic album, maybe his best one (my view).
Didn't watch the DVD yet but I don't expect any surprises from that.
Totally agree. It surprised me too how each new song is very different from the previous. I just got it today, but I really think it's his best album ever.
My favorite songs are The Morning Call - this is the one that played on the B'z front page a couple of days ago.
エデン (Eden) - well, Eden is my last name, so I can't help thinking that this song is very special:P
今宵キミト (Koyoi Kimi to) - This song is really really good! The rap part is so bad-ass and it's just a perfect song. I really got goosebumps when I listened to this. Could easily have been released as a single.
この手をとって走り出して (Kono Te wo Totte Hashiri Dashite) - Awesome song! To be honest I think it's a better ballad than PRAY and Tiny Drops from MAGIC.
不死鳥 (Fushichou) - After "Kono Te Totte..." I honestly though that I'd heard the best songs on the album and that the rest was more average, but Inaba keeps coming with these very original and different songs. Fushichou is filled with emotions - in the lyrics, but also just in Inaba's voice
赤い糸 (Akai Ito) - So many years have I been waiting for Inaba to release this and finally it's here. Good acoustic song.
There really isn't a bad song on this album!
Now I'm gonna go watch the dvd:D
