Mora is NOT for international customers.  If it would have been, many people I know that are Eurobeat fans would have bought stuff there a long time ago.
For iTunes, it needs to be released on other iTunes store.  Americans can't buy something directly from the Japanese iTunes.  But, if the single is released in Canadian, American, etc iTune Stores; go ahead and buy.
Musico... there's no problem here.  Go ahead if you are ok with low quality and DRM sound files (DRM = Digital right management; you will ABSOLUTELY need Windows Media Player on Windows)
Musing... don't know that place.

Really? You can't buy songs off the Japanese iTunes store?
I don't see where the problem is. If it asks you for a Japanese address, just fake one?
Other than that, you just need your credit card. lol
(Somebody with iTunes should check that out... I don't feel like installing iTunes as I hate apple...and iTunes.)

Besides, I never wanted to encourage people to download the songs there, I just wanted to note that the single is now available for download as well.(for Japan)

And oh yeah, you don't necessarily need Windows Media Player. My mp3 player can handle DRM files...

Yes, right. I had the exactly same problem when I tried to buy B'z - EP on the US iTunes (that mini album was not available on the Japanese iTunes). They said I need American credit card. There was only one way for Japanese people to buy the album. It was to get American Apple gift cards. So if you want to buy a song on the Japanese iTunes Store, maybe it will work if you get a Japanese Apple Gift Card somewhere.

You are right Mameshibaken.  You need a gift card.
Japanese iTune Card : You can buy one or more here.  There is even a tutorial on how to use it!

Technically it is released, but only available on iTunes. And you only get these bonus tracks ("This Love", at least) when you buy "The Complete B'z" off iTunes.

To me, Arashi it's just a typical boy band.
And I don't know why EXILE want to choose that day to have an head-on collision with ARASHI.
The song SAHARA is AWESOME, the B track is okay, it's just that Fergie's voice surprised me a lot: I didn't know her voice was that powerful.
