Can't make a bz-party.com user!

Ok so my problem is simple that when i visit "www.bz-party.com", I can only see alot of these signs "gBZ|h..K.v. ............B...6.P.^...........B"
And I can't press on any of it so I can't make a user... in the bottom there's a little "flash player" icon so I tried installing it.. but it still doesn't work.

Anyone know what to do?

You need to be Japanese to get on B'z Party.  You need to apply by normal mail.  And, btw, B'z Party is not affiliated with B'z Net Party/OffTheLock.  B'z Party is the official B'z fanclub.

Someone that is a member can say much more about the process being a member.  I can't explain much more since I'm not one.

Actually, you don't need to be Japanese to be a member, you need a Japanese address. I know several people who are non-japanese but live in Japan (even if only for a year or 2) that subscribed to a musician funclub.

The fact you need a Japanese address is that they most likely wants you to be Japanese.  I know there are several non-Japanese that are member but still, if you don't know anyone in Japan that has an address.... then, you have to forget it.

Thinking of it, it would be great, if B'z open there Party for everybody. Maybe at the beginning with a newsletter for every non-japanese-adress-fan? Did anybody suggest it to B'z in a fanletter??

It's perfectly useless. Japanese are rarely interested in Western market, I don't know any artist that has fanclub open to overseas fan, even when they have a fanbase in other country (like Korea or Taiwan). I think, for ex., to JE groups: they do concerts overseas and sell well, but still their fanclub are open to japanese only.

1000 yen for subscribing plus 3000 yen per year. Quite expensive, if you ask me, but they give you lots of benefits, expecially for concerts's tickets. Fanclub members can buy before and they have the best seats.

Not to mention that you get the Official Fan Club Magazine "Be With!" for free. It includes a lengthy (~10 pages) Interview with B'z in every issue and background information on the latest happenings. And you get other goodies. Oh yeah, you COULD get the chance to meet & greet with B'z.
That's B'z PARTY member-only.

On top of that, yes, you need a japanese address to join. It'll even take a few months till you get your membership card and everything.

EDIT: If you can't view the B'z PARTY website correctly, you should change the character encoding to Shift JIS. Then you can view it. Dunno who made that page, but he's a fucking moron.

Since I'm in Japan I'm trying to figure a way out to subscribe to B'z Party, and maybe I've found it.
There's this site, Tenso, who give you a free address - this way you could subscribe to B'z Party and they send all the stuff at your house.
I only wonder if you can pay the quote with a non-japanese credit card...

Would be interesting to know, especially because they only offer their services for Japanese Online Stores. 

There are a bunch of other sites like that, who offer such services, but they're expensive as hell.

No, they don't subscribe for you: you buy stuff by yourself on japanese sites, make your stuff delivered at the address Tenso give you and Tenso dispatch your stuff.
I guess they don't care from where items are dispatched, as long as isn't illegal. Don't think they'll make a fuss to send a copy of Be with!...

But anyway I can send them a mail just to be sure.
I had found another deputy that offer fan club registration with reasonable price (15$/year plus delivery charges of course) but I'm not sure they are reliable.
