SAL will take you ~14 days.  For myself, in Air Mail, it takes ~7 business days.

No, they are not for sale at all. You only get ONE of those special goods when you buy B'z The Best "ULTRA Pleasure" in one of those stores listed on the page. In other words, you can forget about getting them unless you know someone in Japan who can go to a store and buy one for you OR someone puts his goods up on Yahoo! Auctions Japan. Those are your only options.

I've been 'reading' about Ulttra Pleasure on Oricon.  The press doesn't seem to like it...  Oricon gave a little 65/100.  The lowest comments has 23 and 29 on 100.

Here is what the 23% said, using Google's translator.

I could only agree with him.  It's only re-release except for Splash, Super Love song and the two remixes.  It gets old.  They could have chosen stuff from old album except "all from singles" (except Bad communication, which is on the mini).  Only ~200000 has been sold yet (including us that ordered from CDJapan, because we enters Oricon when buying there).  It is far from beating Pleasure I and II in term of copies sold...

But, I doubt Best Treasure to fail though.  It will have the songs the fans wants and most of them are not re-releases.  So, a 2 millions copy sold wouldn't surprise me.
