Hm are that got sold-results?
They sold more copy with there Best Pleasure and Best Treasure. I'm not sure how many but a few millions?

You should consider that cd now sell less than 10 years ago, due to piracy and internet.
It's not B'z being less popular, it's market that changed, not only in Japan, but all over the world.

that ranking was for albums...
For singles...
Burn ~Fumetsu No Face~ was places 32nd with 183741 copies (one month after release... I don't have the data up to december)

Also... Action was the worst album (in term of copies sold) since Off The Lock.  Blame the internetz.
