What you can do is find out who sponsors the European tours of Japanese artists such as X JAPAN and other bands. Then talk to them and get them interested into B'z. That's my idea right now, but I don't have any time right now. :/

We can always fly to Japan, wear ninja clothes and break into their houses. Or go to LA when they're recording, dress as a stuff members, and you know... offer them some water, ramen, blahblah and listen to new songs before they are released.

Let's gather all european (or even world, except Japan) B'z fans in one place for about one/two days, make some photos, vieos etc., burn on DVD or something, then send it as a proof of our love to Tak and Koshi - so if they see it they'd be SO happy and moved so they come here. Or at least send us some candies and autographs xD
