I don't care if B'z use social networks like Twitter or Facebook or what else.
Yeah it would be a nice gimmick but for what?
I would be great to know Tak and Koshi better, but at the end, for what? We like their music and with their music, they talk to us fans. And we reply with buying cds, coming to concerts and discuss about things like "why they don't use this and that".  ;D

I think the fact, they didn't use the "modern technologies" make them so popular. They have their fans, why have more and more and more? They earn enough money. They are japanese musicians. Why come to other lands? Ok somebody sure think that is arrogant. I wouldn't agree. They go their way. In fact not so good for us fans outside japan ^^ Don't misunderstood me. I really hope for a concert from B'z here in europe but i'm also afraid, that not many people will come. That would be to disappointed to a band like B'z.

I hoping they never release a whole english album.  I couldn't explain it really well, but Kohsi's voice is more working in japnese. I often play B'z to my friends and colleagues and most said the music is great but they didn't like the voice. I think Tak could be much more popular outside japan than Koshi. Sad to say that, because i love Koshi's voice. My favorite voice on earth  :P

Anyway i hoping they are doing "more" (whatever that means) for their not-japanese fans, but i hope they don't sell themselves for the success!

I don't think them not being popular would be much of an issue. When they played in L.A. in 2003 the amount of people that came was much more than they had expected

I don't care if B'z use social networks like Twitter or Facebook or what else.

..or Youtube :P

Soooo, what do you think about FB and YT thing now? I smell Pepsi here :P But I like it ^_^

I think B'z is one of the rare bands that doesn't use any of this...  Kind of sad actually.
I guess Lebon is happy now! :D  ;)

EDIT:
Haha, I am reading this topic from the beginning... just look:

Koshi says "We'll be back here again" in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KvloNPrjwCI&feature=related
I hope he's right... so B'z will come to the US again. And I hope that someday B'z will also perform in Europe...

Hope that "B'z will also perform in Europe" will also come true!!! :D

Youtube channel layout is a lot Pepsi-ish, but I hope this will go beyond Pepsi era.
I think it's a good chance to show them how many fans they have around the world, even if all those page are clearly japanese oriented (entry are in Japanese and not in English). I'm a bit surprised by Facebook page, because it isn't very popular in Japan... But I think it's because of North American tour, they all have "Live Gym" in username. Or it's because B'z was already taken? XD

So as I visualizate the things going on right now, the scenario looks like Pepsi nailing B'z REAL HARD from behind. Like. Real hard.

I was about to share with you a little metaphor to the things above - like the daddy cat being Pepsi and the mommy cat being B'z, but then I realized how awfully creepy it was. Whatever, the moral of the story is, no matter how disgusting or ugly is it first, in the end, everyone is happy for the kittens.

And the best thing about this is now they are one step closer to actual communicaion with the non-Japanese fans. And that is just amazing.

I think the fact, they didn't use the "modern technologies" make them so popular.\

They so popular because of music not because we can't watch them in tv, radio or internet. Is not better for them and for us(fans). if they don't make lives on tv, radio etc we can't have more B'z things. In this case more = better because they always do very good job with passion and heart and even if they make 1 album in a year Inaba always write good text and Matsu make good music.

I hoping they never release a whole english album

i was waiting for english album 3 years(not with tmg but B'z). I love B'z not because they are japanese. If B'z make the same music in europe(in russian language, finnish of english) i will enjoy it just like now.

I think Tak could be much more popular outside japan than Koshi

Tak is always much more popular than koshi even in Japan. It's just my opinion ;)

Yeah it would be a nice gimmick but for what?

For us ;p non japanese fans. I have an great dream some time ago. In that dream i can buy all b'z things in my local music store. They have only B'z things with posters and flyers on wall, cd's, dvd's, blu ray's and be with from first issue etc. I want to live in that dream everyday ;p

i didin't care if i need to look hard for b'z stuff or buy it like sugar of shoes. Of course when i have 1 year(one year with B'z) i've always screaaaaaaaam when postman come with cds or dvds but now just happy to have an occasions to buy cds :)
Martin(my name) you are fucking shit. Why? Because u love shit music(shit music = b'z). I don't want to be Your friend anymore because u don't like normal music like techno of pop.

Glay stuff for sale -> pm me ;p 3 dvd's + 3 cd's for 60$

Alright, now we have an official B'z facebook page.
That's nice. I hope now it really means that they are trying to communicate with the "foreign" fanbase.

I don't even care about that whole ignore Europe because it's hard to advertise there thing. Just make themselves known in the US and then things are going to roll just fine.
